The encounter
A 1–3 player encounter featuring three bosses fought simultaneously:
- Dreadfang — Ranged attacks. Every 4 attacks, temporarily bolsters the other bosses' defenses, reducing damage dealt to them. Does not attack while activating this mechanic.
- Dreadfrost — Magic attacks. Every 7 attacks, summons a 1M HP Minion that sacrifices its health every 4 ticks to heal all living bosses. The minion does not attack while performing this mechanic.
- Dreadmaul — Melee attacks. Every 5 attacks, throws a shadow at a player's location. Failing to move has a 50% chance to stun for 3 ticks.

Each Forsaken Trinity encounter counts as 3 boss kills, with each of the three bosses contributing to achievement progress.
